All bookings will be acknowledged and confirmed, subject to availability. Classroom training on scheduled courses will be invoiced at the published price on confirmation of booking and all such invoices are payable before the the start of the course. We reserve the right to refuse admission to students if course fees are not paid in time. In the event of cancellation by the client the following cancellation charges will apply, depending on when notice is received: more than 20 business days before the first day of the course - no charge, 10 - 20 business days before the first day of the course - 50% of the course fee, less than 10 business days before the first day of the course - 100% of the course fee. If a student fails to attend without cancelling, the full course fee will be due. Re-booking will be treated as a cancellation. All cancellations must be in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge - but please inform us.
